For the defender Pablo Ardohain, the Public Ministry failed to prove the direct perpetration of the accused or that they were a danger to the security of society. "We are facing misdemeanors, even more so because we are dealing with teenagers and we believe such action (prison) was exaggerated, especially for dealing with underage adolescents," said the lawyer.
